Aspect conversion help?

I shot a wedding ceremony with two cameras. One video is 16x9 the other was mistakenly left at 4x3. I'm looking for some options to make the videos match, either 16x9 or 4x3 and can't figure out what route to take. Any advice or instruction would be most appreciated. David Carlson.

Crop the 4:3 footage. And fire the second camera op.
