How can I compress a file created in Premiere Pro 1.5 [windows]so that it can be attached to an email. I have tried to send a small video (2 min in ppro 1.5) which was exported as quicktime[29KB]and avi[434MB] - took a long time and quality poor. In searching through the forum I found questions about mpeg 4 and others but couldn't really follow the discussion and problems associated with it.

Can someone outline steps to take in order to compress a file for a quality, quick download? Thanks so much. Carolyn
