I am trying to render a project that I have been working on and I have two problems, 1st - the first 2 minutes render while the rest is unrendered. 2cnd - When I make any changes in the time line premier pro freezes and does not respond anymore, I end up having to cntrl alt delete, and end task. Any body know how to fix??

What codecs <http://ppro.wikia.com/wiki/Software#Codecs> are used in your source files?

The link I provided answers those questions. When you determine the codecs used, let us know and we will be able to advise you further.
