Ok, heres the deal. Were using a Matrox RTX-100 card in a relatively new Dell desktop along with Premiere Pro 1.5. Until recently, there have been no problems with the setup, until we had to start exporting video to tape. However, thats not the problem. Were using the timeline to keep a slideshow of 24 and 32 bit targa files, and using the computer to play through those files. However, recently when we made the change so that we could export to tape, the files have been wanting to be rendered, and when they are rendered, they eventually pop out of being rendered again and request once again to be rendered. This stops playback completely, and causes a problem because we need it playing by itself. Now Ive been reading up on what you guys have said about these cards being finicky, especially with 1.5, but would this have anything to do with the rendering? Or is it just something I can quickly fix in settings or something. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I am having the same problem. I've imported targa files from Lightwave and have to render continuously but it wont render. Considering the time you posted the question and no one answered did you figure out what to do?
