Deleted Preview file always comes back.

So starnge! What happened to my PC?
I burned DVD, and miniDV tape from PremierPro.
Since I finished one project, I deleted that preview file, trying to save the space on my PC. I even emptied my trash can! The next day when I opened my PC, the file was back in the disk there again!
I deleted again, but it always cames back. Why?
