I am using Premier pro and can't seem to get the size bigger than what seems to be half of the available space in the media player. Is it possible to make it bigger, if so HELP.

If your source clip fills the project frame then it will fill the media player.

See the section "Adjusting position, scale, rotation, and anchor point" in the PPro Help.
