Brad,

You'll have to go foraging through the various forums for specific answers (most discussions have been in the ID and AI areas).

As for me, my 10.2 upgrade has been smooth. Well, I actually discovered I had a defective 512MB RAM module and replaced it. But since then everything is running flawlessly.

If you install the 10.2 upgrade, I would recommend either the "Archive and Install" method or the "Erase your drive and start over from square one" method. I tried the "Update" installation and it was a little faster, but after erasing the drive and re-installing all my apps (big pain) this machine is dramatically faster. The "Archive and Install" is what the folks at the Apple Store recommended to me.

Also, you may need to upgrade your font management software. I was using Font Reserve and it stopped activating fonts in Classic, so I bought Suitcase and have been using it since. Font Reserve has since posted an update.

All in all, moving from 10.1.5 to 10.2 is nothing like the 9 to 10 migration. David Pogue's book "OSX -- the Missing Manual" was a huge help to me.
