Somewhat of a similar issue on a PC. 
Win 2K, sp3, PressReady 1 with an Epson 1270. 
Prints fine to normal print driver, prints fine to PressReady from Quark, but will only print about 1/3 of image when printing from InDesign??? 
I was thinking of reinstalling PressReady but if it prints a test page and prints out of Quark, maybe it's ID's problem. Funny thing is, it used to work on the old system with the same software. 

Any bright ideas?? 
Sorry I haven't got a clue on the Mac side John....
