Although not the exact same problems you're having, I've had similar experiences with PR on an 8500/G3 with OS 8.6 and later on a G4 450Dual running 9.2.2 with an Epson 900 and 1270. Two things that may help. Be absolutely certain you've found and trashed every PR file, extension, color profile, etc before reninstalling. I used the PR install log. Sounds like you've done that. Second, I would lay good money you've got an extension conflict. Set up a minimal extension set with Extension Manager, using the base OS and the necessary PR extensions (identifyable by the "package" column in EM) and the Adobe PS driver (which I've never updated from the original PR install). I've never had a problem with ATM Deluxe but many have. I'd leave that control panel off and use system fonts. If you can print with that configuration, you've got an extension problem. You probably know the drill from there. Turn non-system extensions on and restart one by one. I've used PR for some time (that and QXP are the reasons I won't migrate to X). If a fresh app install won't fix the problem, IMHO an ext conflict is the only other plausable explanation. Good Luck
