Any suspect culprits?

I used to be able to create PDF files using only PressReady from Quark 4.1 (have 5, also, now); no longer. With PR selected in the Chooser and Create PDF selected in the Quark printer dialog, I no longer get the usual "pick your flavor of PDF" interface, and all I can do is produce PostScript files.

Using Beige G3 (3rd rev Artemis) OS 9.2.2.

Have I just forgotten the procedure?
