PS drivers from Acrobat 5

I've recently switched to an IBM R31 laptop running Win2000 (sp3). After installing Acrobat 5 (with Distiller 5) and FrameMaker (with ATM 4.1), I set up the PS drivers and when I try to print to file from FrameMaker, I get the message "Unable to write to specified location."

When printing from Word the message is different: "Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup..."

I've tried re-installing the Universal driver and PS drivers from the FrameMaker CD, but nothing seems to work... any ideas?
