There is nothing available, except to Adobe's OEMs. So far as I can
see.

But it probably isn't needed either. All you need to do is create
suitable INF files, a task which is not specific to any one printer
driver, and which will be documented by Microsoft - perhaps in the
Windows DDK.  Then you can automate adding the INF file. I guess.
