I'm trying to use Distiller in Windows XP Pro to print to PDF a Visio Pro 2002 ANSI-C (22x17 landscape) size drawing normally output to an HP plotter. When I choose Distiller for the printer there's no ANSI-C to select and attempting to use "Postscript Custom Page Size" is confusing. I can get "Print Preview" in Visio to look correct, but when Distiller prints it's to a Portrait orientation and the drawing is cut off. Is there some way to install a printer driver for use by Distiller that will allow selecting ANSI-C size rather than having to mess with "Postscript Custom Page Size"?
