Oh, I see. So the HTML feature is important for sending things to folks who don't have Acrobat, so they can view it as well. Unfortunately I do not have this doc posted on the web anywhere, wouldn't have a clue how to do that. Sorry! Well, I tried this gal's procedure with a different Pagemaker file, and lo and behold it worked great - the fonts look right and everything. Not sure what's up with that, but sounds like I've learned how to make a .PDF file look really sharp. Thanks for your help, Aandi! Brandy
