I am running Windows ME. I recently installed a RIP for my 1280 printer. I am now unable to print a tif image on the Epson 1280 without going through the RIP. I am able to print a test print using the print monitor settings through Windows, so I know the printer is properly attached. I get a communications error message in attempting to print through the same port as I use to print the test. Any suggestions?
