Anyone that has any ideas, comments or suggestions about the following problem, your help would be highly appreciated.

We have a mixed PC/Mac Network (for large-format printing). On the Network we have a Blue & White PowerMac G3 with MacOS 9.2.1, a PowerMac G4 with MacOS 9.2, a PowerBook G4 with MacOS 9.2.1, 2 PCs running Windows NT 4 Server, and 1 PC running Windows 2000 Server. All three servers act as print server for different printers, and are running the AppleTalk protocol (for Mac file and print support).

All three Macs can see and connect to all three servers (through Chooser/AppleShare). They can all see all the printers as well (through Chooser/AdobePS 8.7.2(104) and LaserWriter 8.7.1). From the PM G4 and PB G4 I can "setup" all the printers on all the different Windows servers. But with the B&W G3, when I try to "setup" a desktop printer (which is on the Windows 2000 Server machine) it will not "setup" like all the other printers. Instead of quickly connecting and asking for the PPD file, it reports; "Starting job", then "Spooling to printer "Printer Name"", until minutes have passed and it errors and reports it was unable to setup.

Conclusion; the PM G4 & PB G4 can connect to all printers with no problems. And the G3 can connect to the printers, on the Windows NT 4 Server machines, with no problems. But with the printers, which are on the Windows 2000 Server machine, we are unable to setup or print from the B&W G3οΏ½Any Ideas?
