Dear Helge,

this is VERY strange. I've checked all I've done, the input file is not .prn but .ps - sorry.
I've definitely installed the 8.54 and used this version for the compilation, so I have no idea why the pdf says it was created with GS 8.0. :-(
If I voluntarily create an error when compiling (giving a non-existing ps for example), the error message is

MiKTeX GPL Ghostscript 8.01: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

This is really crazy. I've renamed the folder containing the 8.0 files to make sure my batch converter does not use the old version. I'm sure the 8.54 file I've installed is being used... :-/

Andy.
