In that case you need to use the PPD for Acrobat Distiller 4 to generate the
postscript.  It should be called Adist40.ppd.  A copy of it should have been
placed in your system ppd directory when you installed PageMaker.  Search
for it and copy it to PageMaker's PPD folder if it isn't there already.
