I would like to bundle in my application the ability to generate EPS and PS files for redistribution. A fairly simple way to do this is to install the files in winsteng.exe, set up some default settings, and then hard code my app to target the new print driver. My questions: 

1) How does the licensing agreement reflect this? Ultimately my users will be printing on PostScript-licensed printers. 

2) Can Wingsteng.exe do a silent install? Do I need to run wingsteng.exe, or can I install the files myself (thus allowing me to avoid the reboot, by stopping and starting the print spooler myself)
