You cannot convert Quark files directly. You should make PostScript files, by printing to file with the PostScript driver. Don't use Save Page As EPS. You may find it helpful to make sure the file is called *.ps, rather than *.prn. Not sure. There is a forum dedicated to the CreatePDF service. Aandi Inston
