The RIP software came with HP's printer is so simple that inside it only displays the job name, status and number of copies. The status only shows, processing, riping(%) and printing(%). So, after a couple of minutes of RIPing, it changes to "RIP error". That's all. No error description, number or code. Before entering into this forum, I'd asked HP's support before. They also asked me the same question. That's the support. They even don't know much about their own product. I know you are trying to get me out. Please keep on providing me with your guess or hints that I might not think about before. It helps. Thanks.
