I'm trying to install the 1.06 driver using the ppd for the HpDesignJet800PS obtained from the Hp web site recently (the Hp ppd file that Adobe provides does not have a ppd for that printer). The install goes far, then reports the error:
Setup cannot copy the file HP105HGP.icm
The directory is invalid (error #267).
Source: C:\FTP'D\HP\800PS\Color\HP105HGP.icm
Destination: \HP105HGP.icm

The source directory exists and is correct, so
I assume it is complaining about the "destination directory" being invalid...but this must be something coded in the "oemsetup.inf" file provided by Hp - which is kinda cryptic. Does anyone know how/what needs to be changed there for this to work?

All I know is that the 1.05 winsteng.exe worked with this ppd, but the 1.06 winsteng.exe doesn't. I'm using Windows2000.
