I've posted on the Type forum, but the problem may be driver related instead. 

In an office that has about 40 PC laptops running Windows 2000 (with some integration with Windows NT, I think) we have four printers, all of which are running the following postscript driver 

Driver name: PSCRIPT5.DLL 
Config file: PS5UI.DLL 
Driver version: 5.02 

along with the various ppds 

Printers include HP LaserJet 4100 PS, HP LaserJet 8150 PS, and Xerox Tektronix 860 DX. 

Any characters set in Type 1 PostScript font in an Office 2000 document, will not print. Just empty space. Same problem on all computers, all printers. 

Maybe we need to update our driver? 

As a workaround, I want to download our postscript font to the printers so Word can find it and use it. I can't find a utility to do this for PC... 

Any clues?
