Generally far Eastern fonts cannot be downloaded, both because of
their size, and their cost (it is very expensive to design a font with
20,000 characters or so).  

You might check out AsiaSoft (http://www.asiasoft.com/). 

Check they are suitable for your set up; the position is complex and
some fonts are only suitable for imagesetters.
