Do you mean that the "Adobe PDF Settings" tab DOES appear? That is surprising, but I must have missed something. Or else this machine ONCE had Acrobat installed on it, and is not a typical client. Clearly, "Edit conversion settings" cannot work. This uses Distiller to edit the settings, and you don't have it on the client. Aandi Inston
