You did right to install the Apple driver; after doing that installations will sometimes succeed. Some thoughts. 1. You might need Acrobat 5.05 for this to work, it was the first one supported for Windows XP. 2. Go into the printers control panel and see if there is a PDF Port shown. If there is, delete it, and reinstall Acrobat. 3. Be sure to install as the administrator. Aandi Inston
