Printing from InDesign 2 on W98SE. I'm using the Distiller printer, which
I've set to default to A4 in Windows settings. However, from within ID the
default is Letter, (even though the application itself has been set to
default to A4) and can be changed only temporarily. Which means that setting
'sticks' only until I go back into the printer properties from within
InDesign.

Incidentally, printing to Distiller from within ID grabs file info from my
system rather than my file, which has its own problems. But that's off
topic!

Thanks for responding
