Proper installation of Acrobat 6 Professional yields a PostScript printer driver instance named "Adobe PDF." If that doesn't occur on your system, you probably have a corrupted OS installation in some manner and/or are not installing Acrobat as a full system Administrator. Creating PDF via distilled PostScript destined for a LaserWriter IINTX is not only not the easiest way, but it will often lose color in your images, yield unprintable margin areas, and prevent proper font embedding, amongst other problems. You might want to have your system configuration fully checked out by someone who really understands Windows XP inside-out. - Dov
