I've got a question concerning Acrobat on Windows 2000. I have an application printing to PostScript, and am then converting the .ps file to PDF using Acrobat Distiller 4.05. No matter what PostScript driver I use I get the same problem: the images in the files (originally from .tif) have unwanted horizontal lines appearing across them. Originally the process was being run on Windows NT, using the Xerox DocuTech 6.135 01.02.00 driver to create the .ps files, and Distiller then produced the PDF's correctly. I have tried Adobe's own PS driver in place of the Xerox, and I have also tried printing direct to Distiller, and in both cases the problem with the horizontal lines occurs. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Chris Atkins.
