Trouble installing PPD files for AdobePS

I downloaded and installed AdobePS, and it appears as one of my printers. Now I am trying to get it to work with my PPD file, which I also downloaded, but the setup isn't working. I have Windows 2000. The PPD "read me" file has installation instructions for the other Windows programs that say to go to Adobe PS Setup Utility from the Programs Menu. Adobe PS does not appear in my Programs Menu.
