is there a such thing as a consumer inkjet printer that handles postscript? if so, is there somewhere i can go to see a listing of these printers? most of the ones i've looked at (epson, canon, etc) don't seem to mention whether they handle postscript or not.

if it tunrs out that there are very few inkjets that handle postscript whats the next step? is using rip software my only option? what does the universal adobe postscript driver do? does that allow you to convert any printer into a postscript printer?

thanks
