I am using Illustrator10.0.3 on an XP networked computer. When I print to my old QMS860 mono local printer, various components of the file, often patterns are not printed and an error message printed:

ERROR: limitcheck
OFFENDING COMMAND: LZWDecode.

Far larger raster file print OK, so it is not a file size issue

same happens when I flatten layers and the same files will print off a Mac attached to the same printer. These files previously printed from an NT machine
