Thank you George and Sandi for your very helpful suggestions! The problem has been resolved!

I first tried printing to .ps file with graphics dpi of 300, and it printed fine. Then I tried 600,and it also worked fine. However, the graphics' quality was noticably inferior.

I then defragged my HD, printed with the original 1200 dpi for graphics, and it worked fine.

Thanks again, and please buy yourselves a drink this weekend and send the bill to me. ;)
