What are talking about in terms of a ppd like adobe postscript printer driver? When you install Acrobat, it does create a PostScript printer driver instance using appropriate Windows system calls and Acrobat's own PPD file. That particular PPD file is for use with Adobe's Acrobat product and is not designed for independent use.
