By the way, what type of printer are you sending this file to? Is it in fact a PostScript printer? If in fact you are spooling the entire file before printing and the spooling process stops mid-track before even beginning to send any data to the printer, then it obviously has nothing to do with the printer memory. However, the symptom you describe, i.e. an error message that appears then disappears followed by proper output, is one that would occur after the spooler actually is sending data to the printer and the printer stops accepting data while its buffers are full and it processes the incoming data buffers. The spooler turns off the error message when data "starts moving again" so to speak. My gut feel at this point is that the printer driver's "timeout" settings are problematic. In the "Advanced" tab, set both the "Job Timeout" and the "Wait Timeout" to "0 seconds" meaning effectively no timeout. - Dov
