Postscript Files failing to print (Xerox 6180 with embedded job ticket - Docutech)

We use CoreDossier to output our submissions into PDF and postscript format. On occasion, we receive postscript errors when trying to print the postscript file to our Xerox 6180 printer (Docutech).

This is the error message received.

ERROR: undefinedresource
OFFENDING COMMAND: findresource

Any suggestions on what would cause this error message? The files that could not be printed were text files, standard fonts....
