Actually, that extra page is generated by Microsoft Word, not by the printer driver or Distiller. In the print dialog, click the options button. You will find that the Include with document - Document properties option is checked. Un-check the option, press OK and then OK to print. That dumb extra page goes bye-bye ... - Dov
