      However, I can�t seem to find a way to modify �Font Substitution Table�
      section � for example, to adjust �Sent CTRL-D After Each Job� (set No)
      or to ensure that �Output Protocol� is ASCII.




CTRL-D is not part of the font subtitution table.

Look a few lines lower.
