I'm trying to embed a hyperlink in my distilled PDF using pdfmark, /URI, & ExtEscape with POSTSCRIPT_PASSTHROUGH.

It works when distilling an EPS but not a PS. Since my Postscript printer driver outputs PS and not EPS I'd like to know what I should change to make it work with PS.

 The only difference between the two examples below is the header on line 1:
This works:	%!PS-Adobe-3.0 EPSF-3.0
This doesn't work:	%!PS-Adobe-3.0
