make sure that the System Restore is switched off before you try to install the driver. To turn off System Restore: 1. Choose Start > Settings > Control Panel > System. 2. In the System Properties window, click the System Restore tab. 3. Select Turn Off System Restore on All Drives, and then click OK. Failing that: Do a search for the framedyn.dll file on your system. You should find it in the System32\Wbem folder. Copy the file into the System32 folder (a folder up) then try installing the driver again.
