We are printing multiple documents to a Distiller printer from within a VB app. We are using the AcroExch.AVDoc print command to do this. As each document prints, the memory allocated to acrodist.exe increases until we get the generic Windows "running low on virtual memory" message. I tried killing the AcroExch object and re-instantiating it but the acrodist.exe remains running. Is there any way to prevent/circumvent this memory leak (if that is what it is)?
