Since he is trying to print from PageMaker I believe he will also need to
place a copy of the PPD for the LaserJet in PageMaker's PPD folder.  It
should be someplace like this:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\PageMaker 7.0\RSRC\USENGLSH\PPD
