Hi,I am using the lattest Adobe ps driver (ver 5.2) and when I am printing using this driver i don't get the option to select the pagesize of D or E size.File->print
->properties->Advanced->pagesize.I would like to add these two pagesizes .Is anyone knows how to add these pagesizes to the adobe driver.

You only get options to print on page sizes that either (1) occur in the PPD file associated with the PostScript printer driver instance or (2) are defined as custom forms on the system AND fit within the custom page size allowances as defined by the forementioned PPD.
