For a customer I need to print customsize labels. One of them is for instance 220x80 mm's in size.
I use a report engine to create the report, print it to a postscript format and use Distiller to turn it into a pdf.

The created pdf-file, however, is missing a lot of data. Some columns are not present and text too close to the left, right, top and bottoms margins are clipped.
If I change the paperformat of the label to A4 everything does show properly.

How I can I solve both. How can I create the pdf with the proper format and without being clipped.

Any suggestions are welcome,
