Hi, I am using the AdobePS Generic Colour PostScript Driver as a universal print driver for all printers in our Citrix farm. However when users print to HP LaserJet 8100 Series PS it automatically prints as duplex. Does anyone know how to turn this feature off? Many thanks, Justyn

Please repeat 1000 times PostScript is device-dependent! You really cannot use a single PostScript driver instance definition to properly control a wide variety of printers of different manufacturers and models. You may end up with improper resolution, wrong margins, inability to access certain paper sizes, and inability to properly control all the printers' features. In the case you specifically mention, the problem is most likely that the printer itself has a default for printing duplex. This can usually be changed from the printers' front panel. - Dov
