Hello, I am wanting to print on my qms 2060 postscript printer using 12x18 paper but the driver only has selections to 11x17 and 13x19. Anyone know what I can do. It will not center when trying to print booklet (2up) so I need a way to not pick 11x17.

If the printer supports custom page sizes, you should have a custom setting in printer setup. If it does not, it is very important to use only the sizes listed: using unsuitable sizes may cause damage. If the printer *claims* to support 12x18 but the driver doesn't offer that size, nor custom sizes, first check you have the right driver installed (for your EXACT printer). If you do, contact QMS to find out what to do. Aandi Inston

P.S. if you are using the "generic" driver that is the problem, and the solution is to use the correct driver. Aandi Inston
