PDFWriter is discontinued. Acrobat 6.0 - both Standard and
Professional - include a replacement printer driver (but with a
different programming interface).

OK. I have downloaded and installed the Acrobat 6 professional (Trial). Now how can I set up the PDFWriter that comes with this version?

You should already have it. It is called "Adobe PDF" and is installed
as part of Acrobat Professional; presumably the trial too.
