Winsteng.exe - Generated PDF is not printing in Japanese

We have Windows 2000 English edition with Japanese language package.

We have installed English version of the Universal installer (winsteng.exe) in the machine.

Now if I try to print a PDF of more than 100 pages, printing error message comes up. Printing one of two pages is fine.

But if we use the winstjpn.exe (Japanese version of the priting ), then it prints properly.

Any idea whether the problem is with printer driver or printer?

In the printer window,

"Printing - Printer busy or Error"

Any idea?

If generated in NT, this problem doesn't occur.
