We have recently purchased a Ricoh Aficio 1045 photocopier/printer/scanner. We are able to print to it OK using the latest Ricoh PS drivers but we keep getting 2 extra pages printed out after the document has printed. We don't know why they are being printed out but are hoping that we can edit the PPD file in some way to stop them. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I suspect "send Control-D at end of job" is checked
in the printer's properties. Uncheck this and try again.
