Hi,

I have Windows XP with Adobe Acrobat 5.01. When I tried to print on my "HP LaserJet 5si" using the Driver Post Script Distiller, I always have an error message.

This error message is in french, so i will try to traduce it the best I can:

Error when printing.
Printer Problem.
8315:5218

Need somme help, I don't know where to search.

Here is a best traduction of my error:

An error occurred while printing. General printer failure. 8315:5218

I have this problem not only with the
Adobe product (Page Maker, ...) but also with Microsoft Word.

I use the printer because the driver ps distiller is associated to my printer.

It is not to print but to create a .pdf.

Sorry for my english. I hope this is better to explain my problem.
